Richard Osborne< no role > on his Oath says last Thursday night between the Hours of
Ten and Eleven he left the House of Samuel Day< no role > a Publican vituate near Woodham
and Co Coal Wharf Lower Shadwell where he had been drinking a Pint of Beed in
order go home That he turned to the right instead of the Left the night being dark
says when opposite to Mr. Woodhams the Distiller he found his Mistake and in
returning back he saw Henry Price< no role > and Henry Rutler< no role > who he heard Walking
That he Stopt to make Water when Price crossed the way to him (he then being
opposite to a Street which leads up to shad well Market) and called him Old Bugger
if and if he did not go about his Business he would knock his Bloody head off
and immediately knocked him down and when he got up he was knocked down
againWhen this Informant said Gentleman If I have offended you let me
knowSays that then he thinks it was Rutter who knockt him down and cut
him cannot be positive which but is Certain if was one of then That he called
out Murder and her left himSays they soon returned and got him up a place which
lead to the Water works That they called to him and asked if he had got any many
who answered as when they left him againSays as soon as he recovered himself

or else he should not have known then saw Mary Read< no role > . and met with a Watchman and Sailer who are not present
