being duly Sworn Saith that in the
night between the 8th. and 9th. of November last about one
o Clock this Informant in going through Riders Court
Leicester Fields
three Men Passed him in the Regular Connor
of the Court on a Sudden they turned Round took him
by the Collar when one of this Prisoners Named William
Cozent< no role >
Classed a Pistol to this Informants head and all
Demanded his Money this Informant gave to James
Brown< no role >
due of the Prisoners two half Crown Pisces and
about Six Shillings in Silver, they asked time for his Watch
this Informant told them he had none they downed
his Eyes and Sworn if he said a Word they won'd blow
his brains out one of them Said he had now Money
another said dawn his Eyes first him James Brown< no role >
Immediately put his hand into this Informant Pocket
who gave him one Guinea in Gold and some Silver they
then told this Informant to go about his Business in
going the way he Intended before he was met they
made him Return and go another way, this, Informant
looked Round to see they were gone, when Cozens said
Damn your Eyes Run, Sherey or I Will blow Your being
