Who being upon Oath say and first the said Peter Thomas< no role > for
himself saith, that between six and seven o' Clock last Night
as he was coming from Saint George Hospital he saw two
Soldiers coming and the Obelick at Hyde Park comer
soon after he saw another Soldier come out of the Gate way of the
Honorable Mr. Tollemocke which gave him reason to Suspect
they were about no GoodThat he immediately after saw
[..] a person new present who calls himself Samuel Richardson< no role > come out of the said Gate way with
the Iron Gate new Produced on his Back, on which he secured
him [..] and the other three Men ran away That
he this Morning took the said Iron Gate and Compared it
with the remaining part, with which it corresponds and the
said Margaret Burgoyne< no role > for herself saith, that she saw
the said Gate affixed to her Masters Premises about one o' Clock
Yesterday That she likewise saw the said Peter Thomas< no role >
compare and fit the same this Morning with the other part
left standing, And that she knowns it to be her said Masters
