and gave Nine Shillings for it That about a Quarter of
an hour afterwards he went to Mr. Fell's who Keeps
the White horse Livery Stables in Hanway Street in
order to ask [..] him if he had sold the Bridle When he
saw Newton and Knight standing in Hanway
Street talking together and about half an hour
afterwards Mr. Fell came to him and told him the
Bridle had been Stolen and they went in pursuit of
the Men whom they found at Mr: Milroy's a Sadler
in Tottenham Court road That he then had Them
Secured and taken before a Justice

The said John Fell< no role > for himself Saith
That the Bridle now Produced is his Property and
was Stolen between the hours of Eleven and Two
o'Clock on friday lastThat he used it about
11:o Clock on Friday Morning last and afterwards Took
it from the Horse and Thing it up in the Stables
