11 , near Stepney Church in the said
County Spinster Taken upon Oath before
me Jacob Leroux< no role > Esqr . one of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the said County of Middlesex this
9th. day of June 1786

This Informant, upon her Oath that Charles
Hoppey
< no role > did on thecame on the 3d. day of this Instant
June to her Fathers House situate near Stepney
Church in the said County and said he wanted
her Father when the said Informant Informed
the said Charles Hoppey< no role > that he was not at
home upon which the said Charles Hoppey< no role >
desired this said informant to fetch him same
pump water who brought him same then
the said Charles Hoppey< no role > went away and
Immediately afterwards she missed a linnen
gown which was in her fathers House at
the time the said Charles Hoppey< no role > sent her for
the punch water and verily believes the Said
Charles Hoppey< no role > did feloniously steal the said
linen gown the property of Elizabeth Holland< no role > there
being no are in the said House but this informant £120 Paid
