Wife of Abraham Alexander< no role > for
an AssaultFelony.

John Roberts< no role > of Flower and Dean Street in the Parish of Christ
Church in the County of Middlesex Weaver and Jane Gumby< no role > of
Brick Lane in the said Parish Widow Severally Make Oath
and First the said John Roberts< no role > for himself saith that on or about
the third day of June last one Abraham Alexander< no role > and him this
Deponent severally Cutered into a Recognizance before John
Staples
< no role > Esquire One of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County Conditioned that Hannah the
Wife of him the said Abraham Alexander< no role > and this Deponent
Should severally and Personally appear at the Present General
Quarter Session of the Peace now holding in and & the said County
then and there the said Hannah Alexander< no role > to Prefer a Bill of
Indictment and prosecute the Law with Effect and this Deponent
to give Evidence in his Majestys behalf against John More< no role >
for feloniously Stealing in the Dwelling house of the said Abraham
Alexander
< no role > and taking and Carrying away one Silver Milk Pot
his Property and if the said Bill Should be found a true Bill
and returned so by the Grand Jury that then they the said
Hannah Alexander< no role > and this Deponent should Appear in this
Honorable Court and Prosecute and give Evidence on that
IndictmentThis Deponent further saith that he hath heard
and believes that the said Hannah Alexander< no role > hath been presented
from Prosecuting the said John Moore< no role > at this Session on
Account of her having been lately delivered of a Child of
which she is now lying Inn and lastly this Deponent saith that
he believes his Evidence alone will not be sufficient to
Induce the Grand Jury to find a Bill of Indictment again
the said John Moore< no role > for the Felony aforesaid.

And the Said Jane Gunby< no role > for herself Saith that on or about the
Tenth said day of July Instant the said Hannah Alexander< no role > was
delivered of a Child and is now lying Inn of the same and
not in a fit State to Attend a Court of Justice that the said
Abraham Alexander< no role > the Husband of the said Hannah Alexander< no role >
Travels the Country with Goods and is now absent from home
on a Journey
