Saith that she Lives Opposite to Higsons
That she hath frequently heard the Child Cry
outBy But neversaw either the Father
the Mother or any other Person Beat the
ChildThat Informant hath told the
Father that he used the Child in avery Cruel
mannerThat in the latter and of the
Week before that in which he Died
the Child Came to Informants ShopChild
That his Face from top to bottom seem'd
Bruised and was blackAnd there
was a scratch like on the left side of his Eye
That Informant asked the Child what was
the Matterwaswith his Face and he told
Informant that his Father had Kicked him
against the [..] Grate (but did not see say when)
upon that very Night That the Tuesday following Informant saw
the Child Coine out with a Chamber Pot to
wash himselfAnd he seem'd to Stagger and
as if he was DyingThe last time Informant
Saw him was Saturday NightInformant
Asked to See the Childhe Lay on Two Chairs
with an Handkerchief over his Head
which was Bloody
