Parish of St. Giles in the Fields Taylor and
Salesman Maketh Oath and saith that
Thomas Makepeace< no role > who is bound in a
Recognizance to appear at this Present
Session against one Joseph Lilley< no role > for
a Felony is incapable of Attending he
being Ill of the Small Pox and that the
Certificate hereunto Annexed is of the Proper
hand writing of Robertson the Apothecary
who attends the said Thomas Make peace
