Baile Ann the Wife of Robert Harding< no role > and Mary
Paine
< no role > Widow taken before me John Staples< no role > Esqr
one of this Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for
the said County the 3d day of Septr 1784

Who being on their Oath saySaithand first the said
Ann Baile for herself saith that about three
Weeks ago [..] the Person now
present who calls herself Elizth. Cole came to
live with her this informt in the Capecity of a Nurse and
during the time she hath so lived with her
She this InformantThere hathhadbeen Stolen from [..] out
of the House of this Informant to Husband One Cotton Gown< no role > two Silk Handkerchiefs one
pair of Bristol Stone Buttons set [..] Silver
one pair of Childs Shoes and Clasps that
the Cotton Gowns Handkerchiefs and Buttons,
now produced are the of her said husband Edward Bale< no role > andwere
the same that were so Stolen [..]
as aforesaid.

And the said ann Harding< no role > for herself saith
That on Tuesday Morninglastthe 24th Inst
of August last the said Elizth. Cole< no role > brot. to
her this InformantandThe Blue and White
Silk Handkerchief and Bristol Stone buttons
now produced and told her that she the sd
Elizth. had received them from a persons as
a present, and desired that she this Informant.
would Pledge them for her the said Elizth.
which this Informant did at Mr. Grants in
in Brick Lane for Three Shillings and
Sixpence which Sum she Gave to the said
Elizabeth That on Saturday the 28th
Inst. the said Elizth Cole< no role > Brot to this Informt.
the other Silk Handkerchief now also
produced which she also [..] desired her this
Informant to pledge saith that she sent
