in the County aforesd.
meketh Oath, on Thursday the fourth day of this Instant
December he was on his Duty as a Watchman about nine
of the Clock in the Evening, & that then passed by him a then
where Appearances, he did not like & for the reason asked him
hers for he was going to which it was reply'd by such Person
"As for as I can" And this Deponent further saith that
between the hours of six and seven this fifth day of
December as he was coming he Hampstead
from & place
when he had been to [..] for Work he mst the same Person
he had seen & as before spoke to with a Basket on his head
& which contained several Joints of salted Pork wrapt up in a
Cloth & Apron; & upon questioning such Person concerning
the same he replyd that he had just bought it if a Man who
he [..] near that Brew hours at & Hampstsad
& had given
sixteen shillings for the same And this Deponent saith
is the same Person he went last Night this Morning
& who had in his Possession the aforesaid Pork Apron &
paris if Linnen in the Basket now produced
