Fulham in the County of Middlesex Gardener maketh
Oath and saith that he was summoned to attend
as a Juror at the Session held at Justice Hall on
Wednesday-theday of July last End
that on that day he was so ill occasioned by a
violent Cold that he was Obliged to go to his Bed
And was in an unfit State to attend as a Juror
at the said Sessions which otherwise he would
have done.
