Thomas maxon of Broad street in the Parish of
Saint George in the County of Middlesex Ruler of
the Ballast office belanging to the Corporation of the
Trinity House Maketh Oath and saith that on or
about the twelfth Day of April last past Charles
Turner
< no role > was committed to the New Gaol Southwark
in the County of Surrey for Stealing one Cable
Rafe belonging to the Corporation aforesaid and
this Deponent then apprehended and believed that
he and also James Bishop< no role > John Tryer and Charles
Crosswell
< no role > were bound by Recognizance to
prosecuted and give Evidence against the said Charles
Turner
< no role > at the next Assizes to be held for the said
County of Surrey and this Deponents saith that
in the Month of May following he was informed
that the said Charles Turner< no role > died in the Goal
aforesaid and this Deponent afterwards was
informed by Mr. Hall the Keeper of the said
Gaol that the said Charles Turner< no role > died on the
third Day of May last in the said Gaol and
which Information this Deponent believes to
bet me and this Deponent saith that by Reason of the Death [..] of the Charles Turner< no role > no prosecution ever
carried on against the said Charles Turner< no role > at the
