The Information of Charles Western< no role > Esqr . and
Elizabeth Saturon< no role > taken before me this 20th.
day of February 1783.

Who being on Oath say and first the said Charles Western< no role >
for himself says that a Gold Chain, three Gold Seals, a
Gold Ring a Gold Key and Hook now produced are this
Informants property and were feloniously stolen as he
verily believes on or about the 21st of December last at
Aubrey Hall in Herts at which time a Person now present
who call himself Charles Bairnes< no role > was at Aubrey Hall
And the said Elizabeth Salmon< no role > for herself says that on
the 3rd. day of this instant February the said Charles Bairnes< no role >
brought the aforesaid Gold Articles to this Informants Shop,
desired to know if they were Gold, said that they were
his own property and that he brought them from Germany.
when she caused him to be stopped and secured.
