And this Informant Ann Newell< no role > for herself saith
that she is a Servant and lives with Mrs. Palmer
in Green Street opposite the House of Mrs Lewis
that on Friday last between Six & Seven oClock in
the Evening she was looking out of the Window and
saw a Man got over the Iron Rails of Mrs Lewies
House and [..] up the parlour Window & go into the
House Immediately afterwards the Street Door was
Opened and she saw two or three Men go in upon which
this Informantalarmed the Neigh [..] soon after
saw two of the Men come out of the said House with
Bundles in their hands she then alarmed the Neighbourwood
several of whom went to the said House and in a little
time after she head one of the Men' ware taken
And this Informant Robert Cockburn< no role > for himself
saith that he is a Baker & lives next door to the
House of Mrs. Lewis in Green Street that last Friday
about Seven oClock in the Evening an alarm was given
that there were Thieves in Mrs. Lewis's House upon
which he with others went to the said House and
upon trying with the Key to Open the Street Door
found it was Bolted in the inside and Immediately
three Men armed with Cutlasses threw up the person
windows and jumped over the Rails & made their
Escape but one of them was pursued and taken
which is the person now present who calls himself

And this Informant John Lee< no role > for himself saith
that he is a Coachman & lives with Mr. Palmer
