Who being on Oath say and first the said Ann Smythin for
herself says that a Hoop Diamond Ring now produced is her
property and as she verify believes was feloniously stolen
out of her House at Colchester since the beginning of
September last during which time a Person now present
who calls herself Ann Tobin< no role >
was her Servant
. And
the said Elizabeth Gould< no role >
says that she is a Servant
to
Christopher Wildman< no role >
of Strand Pawnbroker says
that on Wednesday last the said Ann Tobin< no role >
brought the
said Ring to her Masters Shop, wanted to sell it, asked
three Guineas for it and said it had been given to her
by her Husband.
