The Information of John Dixon< no role > Charles
Grubb
< no role > Dennis Mc Donald< no role > and William
Blacketer
< no role > taken before us two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the said County.

Who being severally upon Oath say and
first this Informant John Dixon< no role > for himself
saith that upon receiving Information he one Monday
last went with Charles Grubb< no role > Dennis Mc
Donald and William Blacketer< no role > to an House
in Irish Court White chapple when upon
their entering the said House in a Room on
the first floor they found the persons now present
who call themselves Thomas Condon< no role > alias
Smith and John Collins< no role > when this Informant
saw the said Thomas Condon< no role > alias Smith
have in his Hands which he was holding
with a pair of Tongs and looking at the
fourteen Counterfeit Shillings two Counterfeit
Six pences and two Counterfeit half
Crown pieces now produced which were
very hot and which this Informant verily
believes had just been Cast from the falsks
which lay at the feet of the said Thomas
Condon
< no role > alias Smith, and this Informant
John DIxon< no role > further saith that when he
entered the said Room the said Thomas Condon< no role >
alias Smith had his Coat of and a pair
