maketh Oath and saith that he
did about Fortnight before last July Sessions enter
into a Recognizance before Joseph Girdler< no role >
Esquire
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said
County to prosecute the said William Singer< no role >
for
feloniously stealing one Gallon of Oil the Property of
this Deponent and the said Sarah Smallman< no role >
for
receiving the same knowing it to be stolen And this
Deponent further saith that he did at the next Sessions
agreeable to his said Recognizance prefer Indictments
against the said William Singer< no role >
and Sarah Smallman< no role >
for the said Several Offences which said Indictments
were by the Grand Jury found to be true Bills And
this Deponent did attend the next day at the Old
Bailey
from nine of the Clock in the Morning till
three in the Afternoon in order to give Evidence against
the said William [..] Singer< no role >
and Sarah
Smallman< no role >
and then enquiring of one of the Keepers
of Newgate when the said Prisoners would be put
upon their Trials the said Keeper informed this
