Who on his Oath saith that on Friday Evening
last between seven and Eight o Clock he this Deponent was
ordered to get in thirty Casks of Butter which was then
landed at Saint Catherines Stairs and saith that he
this Deponent had got twenty one Casks of Butter into
the Shop and whent to get in the Remainder when
he saw one Jacob Bucher< no role > now present Roll one of the
Casks of Butter then left into the Thames with intent to Steal
and carry off the same
