him with a large Washing Copper upon his head
that the said Robinson upon seeing this Informant
serge upon Kirby immediately threw the Copper
down and Ran away that in going to the Watchhouse
he met the other Informant Thomas Lyon< no role >

Constable who happened to know where Kirby
Lodged upon which they both went to the said Lodgings
and found concealed in a Cellar under the Stairs
the following things Vizt. a Copper Chocholate pot
one large Copper Saucepan three Small Ditto a
Fish Kettle< no role >
a Tin Cot Kettle & plate a Copper Coal
Skuttle five Copper Stew pane & Covers & a two
Quart Copper Drinking pot all which are now
produced and Sworn to be the property of the other
Informant Thomas Falling

that he knew that Kirby and Robinson Lodged
together in the same House and that upon their
