One of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the said County

Who severally being upon Oath say And first this
Informant Jemima West for herself saith that
about twelve o'Clock on Saturday Night last this Informt
& the other Informant were sitting together in their Room
below stairs & a person now present who calls himself
Patrick Cassady knocked at the Door & desired to come in
this Informant Answered that she would not let any
person an upon which he say'd then by the living God
I'll break the Door open & accordingly broke the Door
Open & came in & when he came in the say'd by God I Will
lye with either me or other you & took hold of the other
Informant upon which this Informant begged of him
for Gods Sake to let go the [..] then he Seized hold
of this Informant abound the Waiste & threw her upon
the Bed & threw up her Cloaths this Informant struggled
with him as long as she was able & cryed out but the
said Patrick Cassady< no role > put his hand upon this Informants
Mouth and them had Carnal knowledge of her Body
by force & against other Will and Consents

And this Informant Margaret Foley< no role > for herself saith
that on Saturday Night last about twelve oClock this
Informant was sitting with the other Informant in
her Room by the pie side & the said Patrick Cassady
knocked at the Door & called to be let in when the other
Informant. answered that she would not let any person
in not even her father then the said Patrick Cassady
sayd there by the living God. I'll burst the Door open
upon which he Immediately burst it open & then he
came in & sworn that he would bye with this
Informant and laid told of her & this Informant
said that he should not then attempted to strike her
said the other Informant got up to take her part
then he struck her and took her round the Waiste
