Plate Trinkle Books & other things now produced
are the property of this Informant and were Stolen from
him as above described And this Informant further
saith that from the Circumstance of the Goods Books
and other things having been found upon and in the
Possession of the said Mary Meredith< no role > otherwise
Mary Walnert and of the said James Walnert< no role >
as [..] hereafter described by the other Informants he has
reason to suspect that the said Mary Meredith< no role >
otherwise Mary Walnert & the said James Walnert< no role >
have Feloniously taken & carried away the same
at the several times and places before mentioned

And this Informant Charles Grubb< no role > for himself
saith that on or about the first day of December
last he was employed to search the Apartments
of James and Mary Walnert that having received
Information that some Trunks & Bundles had
been conveyed to Johnson's Court in Oxend on Street
Middle Row Holborn and at one Mr Hells a
Cabinet Makers in Rother hither when he went to
the said several places accordingly & found a large Bundle
of Books at a House in Johnsons Court Oxendon Street
that in Middle Row holborn at one Drews at Booksellers
he found a great Number of Books & some other things
that among the Books from this last place the three
Books now produced & sworn to be the properly of the
said Earl of Pomfret were found in his presence
when the said Bundle was examined. And this Informt
further saith that upon enquiry at Mr Hills in
Rother hither the said Mr Hill told this Informant
that James Walnut had brought a large Trunk these
himself desiring to leave it there as he was going to
Scotland in a Day or two time & was to take the Trunk
to Scotland with him that this Informant brought
the said Trunk away and upon its being opened and
examined in [..] his presence the Diamond Shirt
Buckle now produced & sworn to be the properly of the
said Earl of pomfret was found there in together with
a great Number of other valuable Articles now produced
likewise a claimed & sworn to be the properly of the said Earl
