The Voluntary Information of Frances Simons< no role > taken on
Oath before us Burford Camper< no role > and Charles Digby< no role > two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the County of
Middlesex the 22d day of July 1772 at the Rotation
Office in White Chapel in the County aforesaid

Who saith that about a Month ago to the best of her knowledge
and belief her Mother sent her to Buy a Bonnet for her
Sister (a Child) as she was going she met with two Boys
or lads (who are now present and say their names are
Simon Simons< no role > and Aaron Soloman< no role > ) near the Minories
who asked her if she would go and buy and pair of
Gold Wiers saith that she accordingly went with them
to a Shop on Tower Hill or by on near Postern Row by
Great Tower Hill and there Aaron Soloman gave her three
Shillings and Six pence to Buy the Wiers aforementioned
saith that she and two the (Lads went into the Shop and
then she asked the price ofthe sasome Wiers which by a
Man in the Shop [..] offered to her four shillings
but that the said Man not knowing or at least did not
know if the said Wiers were Gold or Metal she proposed and agreedand
to call P again in the Morning and then She and the said Boys
