of our said lord the King with Force & arms at the
Parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid One Rope
called a Head fast of the value of Ten Pence of
the goods and chattles of James Burrows< no role > then
and there being found feloniously did steal take
and carry away against the peace of our said lord
the King his Crown & dignity And there upon the
said Walter Stansford< no role > was at the same last men-
tioned Session according to due course of law tried
and convicted by a Jury of the County (taken between
our said lord the King and him in that behalf) of the
said Felony and petit larceny and was therefore
ordered and directed by the said Court to be Sent
and transported as soon as conveniently night
be to some of His Majesty's Colonies and planta-
tions in America for the Space of Seven years
according to the form of the Statute in such Case
made and provided Dated this thirtieth Day of
April 1772 . in the twelfth year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God
King of Great Britain Etc.
