the Sheriff of the County of Hertford aforesaid is commanded that he do not Omit
by reason of any Liberty in his Bailiwick but that he take the said Marcus
Hartogh
< no role > otherwise As he burgh to Answer the premises which said Indictment
the Above Named Justices of our said Lord the King afterwards (to wit) at the
Delivery of the Goal of our said Lord the King holden for the said County of Hertford
at Hertford aforesaid in the said County on the said Tuesday the said Tenth day of
March in the said Twelfth year of the reign of our Said Lord the King before the said
George Perrott< no role > Esquire and Richard Leigh< no role > Serjeant at Law And others their
fellows Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned to deliver the said Goal of
our said Lord the King of the said County of Hertford of the Prisoners therein
being by their Own Proper hand so deliver here in Court of Record inform of
Law to be determined And Thereupon at the same delivery of the said Gaol
of our said Lord the King holden for the said County of Hertford at Hertford
aforesaid in the said County on the said Tuesday the said Tenth day of March
in the said Twelfth year of the reign of our said Lord the King before the said

fellows Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned to deliver the said Goal of
our said Lord the King of the Prisoners therein being Cometh the said Marcus
Hartogh
< no role > otherwise Asheburgh under the Custody of Samuel Moody< no role > Esquire
Sheriff of the said County of Hertford in whose Custody in the said Goal for the
Cause aforesaid he had been before Committed And the said Marcus Hartogh< no role > otherwise
Asheburgh being brought to the Barr here in his Own Proper person is committed to the
said Sheriff forthwith concerning the premises in the said Indictments specifyed
and Charged on him as above who being Asked by the Court here in what manner
he would Acquit himself thereof Saith the he is not Guilty thereof and concerning
this for good and Ill he puts himself upon the Country Therefore the sheriff of
the said County of Hertford, is Commanded up that he Cause a Jury thereupon Immediatly
to come before the said Justices of our said Lord the King last above Named and other
their Fellows Justicesaforesaid here by whom the truth of the Matter may be
the better known and enquired into And who are not of Him to the said Marcus
Hastogh otherwise Asheburgh to recognize upon their Oath whether the said Marcus
Hartogh
< no role > otherwise Asheburgh be guilty of the Burglary and Felony in the said Indictment above
