was as she Informed this Deponent (and which he
believes to be true) Robbed in the Back Lane in
the Parish of Saint George in the last in the County of
Middlesex in the Eveningbyof the 25th. Janry last by two Men the one of whom he has great Reason to believe is the above Deft Prichard

Admitted an EvidenceAnd Saith that his Said Wife
has been very Ill for upwards of a Fortnight & is now
so Ill that She Cant be moved [..] hither without
Danger of her Life to give Evidence at this Session
And Saith that the Testimony of his Said Wife Will
be very Material on the Tryalls of the above Dept.
and without her Evidence he verily believes the
Said Dept. or either of them Cant be Convicted
