One of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace
for the find County
Who being upon Oath say and first this
Informant Andrew O' Brien< no role >
for himself saith
that he lives in Porter street
in the parish
of Saint Ann
in the County of Middlesex
that
about Six o' Clock last night had came from
Kensington
to his House in porter Street
& he went into his Fore Parlour & there
found theParlourWash of the Window thrown
up and a person now present who calls
himself Joseph Smith< no role >
in the said Parlour
two Coats & a Waistcoat which are the property
of this Informant he found Doubled up together
upon the Seat of a Chair which Cloaths
he had before he went out himg upon the
Back of the said Chair & which are the property
of there Informant
and this Informant Susannah Fouler for
herself saith that shew the Memial Servt
to the other Informant that about four o Clock
of Easter day afternoon she was in the abovemd
Parlour and saw the abovementioned two
Coats & a Waistcoat hanging upon the Back
of the Chair. and the Sarah of the Window
Down & about Six o Clock in the same Evening
she let her Master Jno and went into the
parlour & found the Cloaths Double up
& land upon the seat of the Chair upon which
there was hung upon the back and the Sash of
the window thrown up as high as if would ye
& the paid Joseph Smith< no role >
now present on the said
Parlour And this further saith that she
is certain no other person was in the
