John Smith< no role > and William Sutling< no role > taken before
me this 20th. day of November 1771

Who being upon Oath say and first the said William Griffin< no role > for
himself says that on Monday Night the 9th. of November Instant
as he was coming home from Westminster his Coat and
Watch were stolen from him, that the Coat now produced is
the same Coat that was so stolen from him and the said William
Sutling< no role > for himself says that on Tuesday Morning the 5th. of
November Instantthe saidtwo persons now present who call
themselves Richard Williams< no role > and Samuel Baldwin< no role > brought the
said Coat to his house about 5 o'Clock in theTuesdayMorning as he
believes at to the Time
