The Information of Thomas Metcalfe< no role > of the Parish of
Saint Paul Shadwell in the County of Middlesex Vintner who being duly
sworn upon his Oath saith that about Nine of the Clock in the Evening of
Sunday the Twenty second day of October last this Deponent was walking
from White Chapel Mount to the Church of Saint George in the East And
on the Kings high way near the Watchhouse by the Bunn house he saw
two persons when he passed and immediately one of them Gave a Spring
after him clapt hold of his Collar and a Pistol to is Breastandbid him put his Hand in
his Pocket and deliver them his Money And that the said two persons
and then and there put this Deponent in Bodily Fear and felonious took
from his Person and against his Wile a Metal Watch with a Gold Dial
Plate the Outside Case stained in the Imitation of Tortoise S [..] a Wire Chair
a Silver Seal two half Guineas a five Shillings and three penny piece
and two Shillings his property And that he suspects and believes that
Samuel Clerk< no role > and John Green< no role > wen the Persons who committed the said Robbery
And that the Watch now produced isthehis Real property And the very Watch of
which he was Robbed
