and Peter Dawson< no role > taken before me this
16th. day of March 1770

Who being upon Oath severally says and first the said James
Watson< no role > for himself says that the house of Miss Bagshaw was
burglariously broke on Saturday Night the 17th. of February last
and a Quantity of Silver Plate Stolen and likewise a pair of
Breeches now produced which Breeches are the property of this
Informant and the said Peter Dawson< no role > for himself says
that a person nowproducedpresent who calls himself
John Bird< no role > brought the said Breeches to him and exchanged
them for another pair
