of the Hoble Bench of Justices in their Present
General Session of God Delivery Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Prayer of
Thomas Webb< no role > a Prisoner .

Sheweth


That at the Twenty fifth Day of January last
year Petitioner was Committed Prisoner to the New
Prison of Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex
fro Stealing Thre Deal Beards of the Value of
Three Shillings the Property of Alexander Hume< no role >
and now is a Prisoner Confined in the Lame Prison
Under the same Charge.

Your Petitioner therefore Most
Humbly Prays that at this Present
Session of Gaol Delivery of
Newgate holden for the City of London
and County of Middlesex he may be
Tryed, Bailed a Dishcarged Pursuant
to the Statute in that Case, made
and Provided.

And your Petitioner shall pray Etc
