Who being on Oath severally say and first the said Joseph Burton< no role >
for himself says that a Box containing a Quantity ofGoodesDrugs
the property of Messrs. Coney & Co. was feloniously taken and
carried away off of Glasgow whart last Saturday Senight, that on the
Monday following he saw the said Box in the Custody of
William Benton< no role >
no present Servant to Mr. Strange the
Keeper of Bridewell
in Surry, and the said William Benton< no role >

for himself says that he found the said Box on the said
Saturday near Tower hill
in the Possession of a person now
present who calls himself James Best< no role >
and that the said
James Best< no role >
was in Company with me Abrahams and that he
the said William Benton< no role >
apprehended them both
