Who being upon Oath says that about half an hour past [..]
12 o'Clock last night he and his Partner Peter Marsden< no role >
were
carrying Thomas Whetham< no role >
Esqr
. in a Chair along Bond Street
that a person now present who calls himself George Tremble< no role >
and up to the Chair and bid them set down their Chair which
they did, that sd. Tremble then came up close to the Chair and said
to the said Mr. Whetham "Your Life or your Money" at the same
time presenting a Pistol. that on Mr. Whethams not doing so
sd. Tremble broke the Glass of the Chair, & then attempted to
run away, but that he was secured & thrown down by said
