Who being upon Oath severally Say and first the said William
for himself Says that about a fortnight ago he had Stolen a
Quantity of wearing Apparel of which a Waistcoat now produced
is a part, and the said Thomas Pickering< no role >
for himself says
that he bought the said Waistcoat of a person now present
who calls himself John Barfoot< no role >
, and the said William for
himself further Says that he does suspect and verily
believe that the said John Barfoot< no role >
did feloniously take
and carry away the said Waistcoat his property
