Middlesex To wit

The Information of Thomas Shackle< no role > of Uxbridge Common
Warriner taken before me this 21st. Decr. 1768

Who being upon Oath say that he Occupies and Rents a certain
Warren called Uxbridge Warren where Robetts or Coniers have been usually and are now
kept and farther says that in the Night of the second of this Month he saw
a Person now present who calls himself Thomas North< no role > unlawfully take
and carry away two Rabetts from the said Warren this Informants property
which it appeared he had Caught by Suares
