John Spinnage< no role > Esquire One of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said Countrey and City and Liberty

Who being upo his Oath Saith That in the Evening about Eight
of the Clock of Wednesday the Twenty first day of the Instant December
a Man now present who calls himself Jesper Webb came to this
Deponents shop to Pawn a Pompadour Coloured Rough Great
Coat, which this Informant lent the said Webb Six Shillings on and
which being now produced is Sworn to by James Derfe< no role > to be his
property and of which he was robbed on the said Evening of the
21st Instant
