The Information of William sier Smith< no role >
Pier Lane Tower Street and of Aaron Spencer< no role >
taken before me Decr. 17. 1768

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said William
siers Smith for himself says that about 9 o' Clock this Morning he had
Stolen a Silver Watch from out of his [..] House, and the said Aaron for
himself says that a person now present who calls himself William Wilks< no role >
offered to sill to him this Morning between 9 & 10 o' Clock a Silver Watch
now produced which he thisInformationInformant suspecting to be Stolen
stopped and stopped likewise the said William Wilks< no role > , and the said William
Sier Smith< no role > for himself further says that the said Silver Watch produced
by the said Aaron Spencer< no role > is the very Watch that was stolen out of his
house this Morning as aforesaid, and these Informants further says
[..] they do verily believe that the said William Wilks< no role > did feloniously
taken and carry away the said Watch as aforesaid
