before me this 26th. day of September 1769

Who being upon Oath says that on Wednesday Night last he was
drinking at the Falcon Inn Tavern near Westminster Bridge in
Company with Joseph Johnson< no role > now present and other persons,
that the said Joseph Johson< no role > came out of the house along with him,
that when they came upon Westminster Bridge the said Joseph Johnson< no role >
feloniously picked this Informant's Pocket of his Watch with
which he immediately run away
