and Anchor in Charterhouse Lane
taken before me this 13: day of Septr. 1768

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said John
Wells< no role > for himself saith that on Monday the 5th. of Septr. last in the
Night a bay Mare his property was feloniously taken and rode
or led away says that he has this day seen the said Mare in
the Stable of the aforesaid John Taber< no role > in Charterhouse Lane
aforesaid and the said John Taber< no role > for himself saith that a
Person now present who calls himself John Parsons< no role > on Wednesday
Night last brought the said Mare to his House
