Who being upon Oath says that she has had Stolen different
Times Quantities of Lanthorn Horns, that she suspects and verily
believes that one James King< no role >
her late Journeyman
is the Person
who feloniously took and carried away the said Horns she having seen
some Horns which she verily believes to bes part of her horns so
stolen as aforesaid in the Possession of one Peter Cook< no role >
who to be this
Informant he had bought that ofand having been informed that
the Said James King< no role >
had Sent them by one Mary Hill< no role >
to be sold
to the Said Peter Cook< no role >
, and having likewise been told by Edward
MaleyMalin< no role >
that he found thirty six Lanthorn Horns now produced
which are the property of this Informant and have been Stolen
form her in the said James King< no role >

Who being upon Oath says that on Sunday Morning last he met
with a person now presents who calls himself James King< no role >
in Petticoat Lane
,
that while he was conversing with the said James he observed some Lanthorn
Horns in his Pockets and Suspecting that the said James had stolen them
from Mrs. Spratley< no role >
he insisted on searching him, that he took from the
said James King< no role >
thirty six Lanthorn Horns now produced, that one of
them dropping to the Ground this Informant stooped to pick it up &
the said James King< no role >
ran away
