Be it Remembred that at the Session of the Delivery of the King's Gaol of
[..] Newgate holden for the County of Middx at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
in the Suburbs of the City of London by Adjournment on Monday the twenty
EighthSeventh day of February in the fourth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third now King of Great Britain Etc Before William Bridgen< no role > Esqr
Mayor of the City of London Sir Henry Gould< no role > Knight one of the Justices of our said
Lord the King of his Court of Common Pleas George Perrott< no role > Esquire one of the
Barons of our said Lord the King of his Court of Exchequer Francis

Assigned to deliver the said Gaol of the Prisoners therein beingcamecome Patrick

Acknowledged himself tobe Indebted to our Sovereign Lord the King in the
Sum of three hundred Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Britain Richard

aforesaid Baker and Nicholas Jacobs< no role > at the Red Lyon in Saint James's Street
in the Parish and County aforesaid Victualler severally Acknowledge
themselves to be Indebted to our Sovereign Lord the King in the Sum of
one hundred fifth Pounds a piece to belived upon the [..] to his [..] of Lawfull Money of Great Britain Good said Chattles Lands and Upon
Condition that if the said Patrick Coyleshalldo Personally Appear at the next General
QuarterSession of Oyer and Terminer to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in and for the County of Middlex to Answer to our said Lord the King
for certain Trespasses Contempts Riots Routs Unlawfull Assemblies
Assaults and Misdemeanours whereof he (with others) stands Indicted and not
depart the Court without leave Then this Recognizance to be Void or
else to remain in full force
