Who being severally on Oath saith first Inf Mary
Hopkins< no role >
for herself saith that last night she discovered to
have been stole from her husband a Pair of Stays a Child Frock
a Shirt & a Sheet and this Inf suspecting a person now present
who calls herself Ann Pearce< no role >
to have Stole the same she
Charged her therewith & he then Confessed the taking the
same and pawning them with the other Inf. and this
Inf. Wm Ward< no role >
for himself saith that he took into Pawn
of the sd, Ann Pearce< no role >
the sd. Stays a Child Frock a Shirt
and a Sheet now produced by him and this Inf Mary Hopkins< no role >
further Saith
that the sd. things now produced by the Other Inf
Are the Property of the Inf husband & Stole from
him as she bel. by the sd. Ann
