These are to Certify that at the Session of Oier and Terminer
and General Gaol Delivery hold at Kingston upon
Thames in and for the County of Surry on Thursday the
Twenty sixth day of March in the First Year of the Reign
of Our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great
Britain Etc. Before Sir Thomas Denison< no role > Knight One of
the Justices of his Majestys Court of Kings Bench and Sir
Michael Foster< no role > Knight one other of the Justices of the same
Court and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the
King appointed to deliver the Gaol of the said County of the
Prisoner therein being-Mary Shipley< no role > late of the
parish of Saint Saviour in the County of Surry Widow
was Indicted for feloniously Stealing one Silver Tankard
of the Value of thirty shillings of the Goods and Chattles of
Elizabeth Snell< no role > of which said Indictment she the
said Mary Shepley< no role > [..] was Acquitted Dated the first day
of April in the first Year of the Reign of King George the third
