for the said County this 1st,,
Day of May 1759
.
Who upon her Oaths, confesseth and sayth, that on
Sunday Night last, Mary Moore< no role >
, and Elizabeth
Weste, decayed John Burnett< no role >
, being somewhat intoxicated
in Liquor, into her House; and after they had been
there, went up Stairs together, and presently after the
said Elizabeth Went [..] down Stairs, called the said
Mary Moore< no role >
, and went out to the Door in her Shift
with her Pettycoats on her Arm, that the said Mary
Moore< no role >
, followed her and they Two went together to
where she can't tell; And she father confesseth
and sayth that the said John Burnett< no role >
was left up
Stairs alone, and that she verily believes the
said Moore and Went had rob'd him of a considerable
Sum of Money, he not only informing her they had
but the said Elizabeth Went< no role >
having bought and
procured herself, the said Moore & others divers new
Cloaths;
Taken and Sworn the day & year
aforesaid by the above Informant
who Shave admitted asan Evidence
for the King against the above Person's
