The Information of William Newton< no role >
taken before as two of his Majesties Justices at
the Peace for the County of Middlesex

Who being on Oath says that he found the Cloaths now produced
and Sworn to be the Cloaths of the Late Mrs. Dorothy Cannicot< no role >
in two ponds Namely Some part of them in a Pond near the place
where the Body of the late Mrs Dorothy Cannicot< no role > was found and the
Other partnoin Pond near Marylebone work House and this
Informant farther says that he found the Cloaths in the Pond near
Marylebone by the Directions of William Cannicot< no role > Husband of
the said Dorothy which Directions the said William Cannicot< no role > gave
to this Informant in New Prison the Sunday after the said William
was Committed to that Goal on Suspicion of having Murdered his Wife
