sworn and charged to inquire, for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by what Means, the

Death, do, upon their Oath, say, That the said

on the third Day of
December in the Year aforesaid being in The Kings Highway in the Parish and County
aforesaid It so happened That a Waggon drawn by Three Horses which was then passing
along the said Highway then and there accidentally, casually and by Misfortune forced
the said

to the Ground And the Off Wheel of the said Waggon did then and
there pass upon and over the Head of her the said
Ann Cunningham< no role >
By means whereof
she the said

did then and there receive divers mortal Bruises in and upon
the said Head of her the said

Of which said mortal Bruises she the said
Ann Cunningham< no role >
then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
do say That the said

manner
and by the means aforesaid accidentally
casually and by Misfortune came to her Death And that the said Waggon was the Cause
of the Death of her the said

and is of the Value of five Shillings and the
Property and in the Possession of

of Wapping Coal Merchant or of his Assigns
IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said Coroner as the said William Robinson< no role >
the Foreman of the said Jurors, on the Behalf of himself and the Rest of his said Fellows, in
their Presence, have, to this Inquisition, set their Hands and Seals, the Day and Year first
