That ye sd: Thos Barnes< no role > on ye 21st. day of June in ye Year afsd at ye par afsd
in ye Co. afsd. being unplayed as a Labourer to assist in Emptying the Soilafter
in a certain privy adjourning & belonging to the Work ho: of ye sd parish and being
within the Wall of the sd privy. It so happened that the Stench and
Small arising from the sd. Soil in the sd. Privy then & there were powered the Senses of ye
sd NB. whereby he the sd. NB was then & there accidentally casy & by Mis. suffocated & smothered of
sd Suffocation & Smothering ye sd. NB. then & there instantly died and
so the Jurors afsd. upon their Oath afsd do say that the sd
NB in manner & by ye Means afsd accidentally casy & by
Misfortune came to his Death & [..] were In Witn
