That the sd Thomas Cardell< no role > on the 19 day of June in the Men afsd in the Par: afsd in the Co. afsdgoing intobeing
in the River Thames to Bathebathing himself It so happened that Accidentally Casually & by Misfortune he
the sd J C was seized with a fit & in the Water of the sd River then & there was Suffocated & Drowned of which sd Suffocation
& Drowning he the sd J. C then & there Instantly died And so the Jurors afsd upon their Oath afsd do
say that the sd J C in Manners & by the Means afsd Accidt Casually & by Misfortune Came
to his Death & not owise In Witness Where of Ct.
