Farnham Waggon Which was then Passing along the Kings Highway in the Parish and County aforesaid
It so happened That the Horse on which he the said

then and there rode suddenly took Fright
and threw the said

under the near Wheels of the said Waggon By Means whereof he the said John
Baker
then and there accidentally, casually and by misfortune received divers Mortal Bruises
of which said Mortal Bruises he the said

died and so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid
accidentally, casually and by misfortune Came to his Death And That the said Two near
wheels of the said Waggon were the Cause of the Death of the said

value of One Shilling and the Property and in the Possession of
