not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and
distracted on the Nineteenth Day of November in the Year aforesaid with
a certain Sharp Instrument or Weapon Made of Iron and Steel Which he

Throat or Gullet of himself Did then and there Strike stob and penetrate
thereby then and there giving unto himself One Mortal Wound of which
said Mortal Wound he the said

so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say That the said

not being of sound Mind, Memory and Understanding
but Lunatic and distracted in Manner and by the Means aforesaid
did Kill himself
