Information of Witness taken at the
parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate in the Ward of
Bishopsgate in London the 9th. day
of July 1799 on view of the body of
Ann Woolley< no role > then lying dead.

Ann Mode< no role > of the poor house of Saint Botolph
Bishopsgate Widow maketh oath that last Monday
Week in the morning between 6 & 7 Mary Ayres< no role > called
to dept who slept in the same room with said Mary
Ayres and the deced & sayed the deced had cut her throat.
Dept went & looked at her & says she was very bloody.
Mary Ayres< no role > took a knife out of the deceds hand. Dept saw
a large wound on the deceds throat. Dept sent for the
Apothecary who came to her and attended her, & so did
this Dept as her Nurse, from the timeofabovemd. until
her death which happened yesterday morningsays the
deced had been in the poor house some time. She was in
a melancholy despondg. [..] of mind & so affected as not
to [..] herself & dept used to feast her
